Jacqueline Susan Mills, of Brainerd, died peacefully on July 31, 2012 at the age of 30. Jackie died at home following a lifetime of heart and lung defects plus many other health issues.

Jacqueline was born September 9, 1981 in Brainerd to Joseph & Judy (Caughey) Mills.

Jacqueline is survived by her parents, Joe & Judy and brother, Joseph, Jr. of Brainerd; grandmother, Kathy Caughey; and many aunts, uncles & cousins.

Jackie graduated from Brainerd High School in 2000 and completed and received her certificate in Deaf Studies from Central Lakes College in May 2012.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Edwin & Luetta Mills and maternal grandfather, Kenneth Caughey.

A celebration of Jackie’s life will be held on Monday, August 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 229 28th Street E, Brainerd. Visitation will be Sunday, August 5, 2012 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the church and one-hour prior to the service on Monday. Interment will be at Riverside Union Cemetery.

In leau of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
