Mary M. Kolinski, Gold Star Mother, passed away on 7-14-2012, age 92 of Andover, formerly of Crosslake and North Mpls.

Preceded in death by Parents Michael & Emelia Krzesowiak, sister, Antoinette (John) Mlekoday, sons, Edward M. age 20 on 2-28-1962, lost at sea, U.S. Navy, USS Independence, aircraft carrier, during Cuban Missile Crisis, and Lt. Thomas G. age 23, on3-14-1968, killed in Vietnam, during the Tet Offensive; daughter, Marianne Buzzard age 47 on 1-11-90 in Murfreesboro, TN.

She will be deeply missed by her loving husband or 73 years, Edward; daughter, Annette (Terry) Edstrom; sons, Gregory (Toni); Jim (Sue) grandchildren, Linda (Dwain)Russell, Kimberly Edstrom, Sandra (Andy) Street, Travis (Ann) Kolinski, Tara (Steve) Stripsky, Thomas (Shannon) Kolinski, Kristopher Kolinski; great-grandchildren, Derek and Dustin Russell, Samantha and Emma Street, Hayden, Toby, Grady Kolinski, Zachary and Maxwell Stripsky, Zander, Austin and Mason Kolinski; great-great grandchildren, Peyton & Rylan Russell; brother, Edward (Colleen) Krzesowiak; sister, Helen Davis; many nieces, nephews other family and friends.

Longtime employee at Glenwood Hills Hospital, Golden Valley, MN; member of National Gold Star Mothers Organization of Washington, D.C; volunteered at the V.A. Hospital in Minneapolis.

Mass of Christian Burial 11AM, Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Church of St. Stephen, 525 Jackson St, Anoka, 763-421-2471, with visitation starting 1 hour prior to mass at church.

Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Anoka.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
